Ingredients:

  5 Medium Carrots, peeled & finely chopped 2 Medium Onion, finely Chopped 3 Sticks of Celery, finely Chopped – (Wash celery carefully as it contains lot of mud) 2 Tbsp Oil – (U can use any flavorless oil) 1.5  Cup Stock –  (You can use any between Chicken OR Vegetable) IF stock is not available add water 2 Tbsp Tomato Paste – Store Bought OR Homemade 2 Tbsp Regular Tomato Ketchup – Any brand 1 Tsp Crushed Red Chili Paste – Any brand – Optional & as per taste 1.5  Tsp of Tabasco Sauce – Optional & as per taste 1.5  Tsp Honey OR any sweetener of your choice Salt – As per taste
