About this Strawberry Sorbet

Easy to make: This sorbet is the easiest thing ever to make – and who doesn’t want that during the summer? All you do is mix frozen berries and fresh mint together in a high speed blender. Add just enough water to get things going, and there ya have it – strawberry sorbet! If it’s not sweet enough for you, you can add a bit of your favorite sweetener, but I think it’s absolutely perfect just the way it is. Beautiful: Speaking of perfection, can we talk just for a second about the color of this stuff? Isn’t it beyond gorgeous? I just love it. Refreshing and healthy: This is the ultimate summer treat! And it’s full of fruit so you can feel great about eating it.

Make it your Own

Switch up the herbs: Try basil instead of mint! Leave out the herbs: You can easily make this with just strawberries. Or add a splash of vanilla extract to give it some depth. Add different fruit: Try adding in different types of frozen fruit. Consider raspberries, mango, or bananas.
