Why White Chocolate Peppermint Fudge?

When it comes to Christmas candies, I cannot skip fudge especially the no-bake ones. Just search for Christmas Candies in google, and all the listicles from the top sites will have at least one or two fudge recipes. Most of them use dark chocolate and semi-sweet ones. But I love the combination of white chocolate and peppermint. So I decided to make this white chocolate fudge. A recipe can’t get any easier than this and needless to talk about the sweetness. If you are conscious about your sugar intake, then I am incredibly sorry this recipe may not be for you, but I bet, it will surely entice you. :-) So the choice is now yours. :-)

How to Make White Chocolate Peppermint Fudge?

OK, now let me explain the procedure. Mix the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk and microwave for 30 to 45 seconds or until the chocolate melts. Pour this deliciousness in a tray lined with parchment paper (it is your friend this Christmas) and drizzle powdered peppermint. Refrigerate for at least three hours and slice and enjoy. It is as simple as that. I am sharing a very basic recipe today. Add in your favorite flavors and chocolate varieties and make your signature fudge. This chocolate fudge is a perfect gift for all the chocolate lovers. For the peppermint, I crushed the store-bought peppermint candies using my mixer jar. For intense flavor, you can include some peppermint food flavor as well.

White Chocolate Peppermint Fudge

Ingredients:

White Chocolate Chips – 1 cup Sweet Condensed Milk – ½ cup Crushed/Powdered Peppermint – 2 tbsps

Steps:

Line a parchment paper on a rimmed baking tray or glassware. In a microwave-safe bowl, add the white chocolate chips and the sweet condensed milk.

Microwave it for 30 seconds and carefully remove it and using a hand whisk or spoon mix it vigorously.

Most of the chocolate chips would have melted by now. If required microwave it again for 15 more seconds and mix well. It should not take more than 45 to 60 seconds.

Pour this chocolate mix in the tray/vessel lined with parchment paper.

Drizzle the powder peppermint on to and refrigerate it for one hour.

When it cooled down completely, slice it and relish it.

Notes:

I went with 1:2 ratios of white chocolate chips to condensed milk. Depending upon the chocolate variety and your taste preference adjust the measure. Also, the microwave time varies depending on the power setting. Always, heat in the 30-second interval until it melts. And make sure to stir the chocolate mix during the intervals. Add in your favorite flavors instead of peppermint.
