How is Khandvi Made

It’s a mix of flour with yogurt and spices. Then it’s cooked and rolled-up and then tempered using mustard seeds, sugar, and some peppers to make it sweet and spicy.

Ingredients For the Mustard Tempering / Tadka:

3 Tsp Oil – Of your choice 1½  Tsp Mustard Seeds – (Sarson Dana) Pinch of Asafoetida – (Hing) 2 Big Green Chilies – Chopped into big round pieces 2 Tbsp Coconut – Grated – Fresh taste best 2 Tbsp Carrot – Grated
