Chicken Curry Pizza:
Who doesn’t like PIZZA, especially if they are ready in 30 minutes, includes your favorite toppings, and what’s even more fun – your ‘family joins’ in to make it! It’s one of my favorite meal recipes and I’m absolutely EXCITED to mention about Jus-Rol pre-rolled dough which made making this pizza an absolute breeze. I recently came across the ‘Jus Rol’ products available in the refrigerated dairy case (at your local grocery store) and we have created so many different recipes using their dough for appetizers, pizzas, and desserts! But this Chicken Curry Pizza recipe is definitely one of our family favorites, so I had to quickly share it with you all.
Chicken Curry Pizza Ingredients:
As with most of my recipes, the ingredients are pretty simple and can be easily found in your local store or you might even have it stocked in your kitchen pantry: ● Jus-Rol Round & Thin Pizza Crust ● Shredded Chicken (homemade or store-bought) ● Curry Powder ● Onion ● Bell Peppers ● Tomates ● Cheese ● Pizza Sauce ● Seasoning: Italian, Chili Flakes ● Fresh Mint Leaves – optional
How to Make Indian Chicken Curry Pizza:
We are dividing the whole process into 3 simple steps: Seasoning the Chicken: We start by adding the curry powder + pizza sauce to the shredded chicken (or cooked chicken that you might use). Mix everything and keep it aside.
Preparing the Curry Pizza Base: Since it’s a ‘Refrigerated Dough’, you save on thawing time. You simply unroll the ‘Jus-Rol Round & Thin Pizza Crust’ on a round baking sheet.
It’s extremely easy to work with and comes wrapped in a baking paper for easier, mess-free handling. It doesn’t stick to your hand and does not even need any extra flour for rolling or surface as it’s perfectly pre-rolled.
FUN TIP: I ALWAYS ADD Curry Powder in Pizza Sauce to make it Extra Flavorful. I added some curry powder to the pizza sauce and then spread it evenly on the dough (leaving a little bit of the edges).
Then I added the toppings one by one starting with onions, shredded cheese, bell peppers, tomatoes. Then I added the curry chicken mix (prepped earlier). Then more shredded cheese, some Italian seasoning, curry powder, and chili flakes on top.
Bake the Indian Curry Pizza:
Then bake in a pre-heated 400F oven for 18 minutes. Once done, remove the pizza from the oven and slice to the desired size. Enjoy for a meal or serve at a party.
