I love making healthy dips for game day snacks and movie nights. This green goddess dip and Indian style veggie dip are family favorites. Here, I have a creamy and easy to make onion dip. This is a great recipe to have in your repertoire because is tastes crazy good AND it is very easy to make. The base recipe for onion dip is from Alton Brown - it is a fool proof and everything is made from scratch. There are no artificial flavors or ingredients. All the flavor in this amazing bagel dip comes from slow caramelized onions. Mayonnaise and sour cream add nice creaminess and tang to the dip. Everything bagel seasoning from Trader Joe’s adds nuttiness and makes it very addictive*. This everything but the bagel dip is great to make ahead of time. Actually it is recommended that you make this at least 1 hour to up to a day in advance. The extra chilling time gives all the ingredients time to mingle.
