Valentine is literally knocking on the door and like every year, here I’m with a super quick (almost 30 minutes recipe) Eggless Caramel Bread Pudding – Bread Flan Recipe. You can definitely make the custard using the traditional route (milk, egg and sugar) but for my instant desserts, I like to use store-bought custard powder.

2 Tbsp Instant Vanilla Custard Powder 2 Cups Plain Milk 4 White Bread Slices – edges removed 1/2 Cup Sugar

1 Large Pot 1 Small Stand 2 Medium Baking Molds 2 Medium Sheet of Foil – to cover the molds 2 Cups Water – to steam the pudding
