Instructions

Here is how to make easy homemade flatbread with yogurt: Combine flour, baking powder, salt, semolina flour and whisk to combine. Stir in the Greek yogurt and just enough water to make a soft, pliable dough. Cover and set aside. When ready to make the flatbreads, gently knead the dough for couple of minutes until nice and smooth. Then divide the dough into 8 equal pieces. On a lightly floured surface, roll out each dough piece into a 6~8" round flatbread. It is OK if it is not a perfect circle. You can also roll into an oblong shape, traditional shape for naans. Heat a griddle on medium high heat. Place the rolled flatbread on the hot griddle and cook until golden brown spots form on both sides. If desired, brush with oil while cooking. Keep the cooked flatbreads warm wrapped in a kitchen towel until ready to serve. Repeat with the remaining dough. Enjoy warm or at room temperature with your favorite dip or curry.
