This ‘Cranberry Almond Chia Smoothie’ is my favorite winter smoothie as it’s so delicious and packed with nutrients. It’s a Perfect Festive Smoothie to start any Holiday gatherings or even  Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year Breakfast. Although we love this smoothie I didn’t use making it so often as you have to soak the almonds for them to blend smoothly, also the chia seeds were not blending so well. But Thanks to New Oster Pro Blender with Texture Select Settings and Food Processor Attachment from Target, I’m making them literally twice a week – Total Bliss!!!!!

I used the manual medium setting to make our smoothie and the almonds and chia seeds blended like a dream.

Ingredients for the Cranberry Almond Chia Smoothie:

Frozen Cranberries Almond Milk, you can use regular milk too 10-15 Raw Almonds  2 Tbsp Chia Seeds Pinch of Ginger Powder ½ Cup Ice (can skip too)

The Oster Pro Blender with Texture Select Settings and Food Processor Attachment lets you have full control and you can literally blend/chop tons of dishes within seconds. Also, it lets me control how smooth or textured you like your smoothies, so mine was extra fine and his was slightly textured but everything was done in 2 minutes.

Process to Make the Cranberry Almond Chia Smoothie:

You start by adding all the ingredients to the blender (as shown above). Then turn on the powder button just below Oster (printed on a machine).

Then I clicked the ‘Medium’ button in Manual Mode and started the machine to blend. Within a minute, the smoothie was finely blended.

So no more soaking nuts/seeds to soften them a little before I blend, so our ‘Cranberry Almond Chia Smoothie’ is back on repeat all winter long.

I even like the wide-open spout they have on the Oster Pro Blender with Texture Select Settings and Food Processor Attachment as that helps pour quickly and without any spills.
