1 Cup All-Purpose Flour 3 Tbsp Cocoa Powder 1/4 Cup Bourbon Whiskey 1 Large Egg 1/2 Cup Plain Yogurt – or 2/3 cup thick buttermilk 1/3 Cup Olive Oil 2/3 Cup Sugar – or sweetener of your choice 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract ½ Cup Chocolate Chips Pinch of Salt

Decoration:

1 Cup Fresh Raspberry 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chip or any nice quality chocolate for melting 1 Tbsp Sugar 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil 1 Tbsp Grated Chocolate 3-4 Mint Leaves
