I’ve been making these cookies for more than 10years now and there has not been a single person who didn’t like them.
So What Makes these Cookies that Special?
It’s that rich ‘coconut flavor’ along with perfectly stuffed chocolate chips that give you a good chewy bite. To add that rich flavor, I’m adding a mix of coconut sugar with coconut oil (you can use olive oil or canola oil too). So before we discuss any further, let’s quickly grab these ingredients for our cookies.
Chewy Coconut Chocolate Chip Cookies Ingredients:
All-Purpose Flour Coconut Flakes, I’m using less sweetened flakes. Chocolate Chip Baking Powder + Baking Soda Pecans, optional Olive Oil Butter Coconut Sugar, optional. you can use regular sugar too
