Cups Small Boiled Potatoes – now I’m using small yellow potatoes, but you can use regular yellow/white potatoes too. Just quarter them or use thawed whole frozen potatoes. Feta Cheese – crumbled Chopped Cilantro Leaves – this adds so much flavor and there’s is no substitute to this Garlic Powder – you can use fresh garlic but I find them overpowering in this recipe. Juice of Lemon Salt – use as per taste Olive Oil – use the best quality you have as this adds a lot of flavors to this simple dish.
