7 Easy Chronic Pain Relief Tips for An Active Life : These are some basic tips and natural ways that anyone can follow at home or outside for a long-term chronic pain relief.

Hello Everyone, today I wanted to just sit back, relax and talk something other than recipes. Last few weeks had been absolutely hectic and on top of that, I was dealing with my chronic fibromyalgia. It was after a long time that the pain occurred but I was able to control it quickly thanks to exercise, proper sleep and Curamin® Stop Pain Now. Infact, I recently discovered that it’s not just me but a lot of my close family members and friends who have also been going through chronic pain or fibromyalgia and after a lot of discussion and recommendations (what I use, they use, etc).  I decided to share my personal experience with you’ll to help fight chronic pain or fibromyalgia pain. These tips are tried by me and my loved ones with lots of positive relief, however, do consult your doctor before following any tips.

1. Acknowledge & Deal with the Pain Right Away:

This is the MOST important tip as many times due to work or other important priorities, we try to brush away pains/fatigue symptoms till it almost becomes chronic or unbearable. That’s exactly what I had done before being diagnosed with a chronic fibromyalgia as I kept ignoring the symptoms till it became dreadful. Hence, I recommend that the moment you feel that initial pain or something out of ordinary fatigue, check with a doctor.

2. Natural Pain Relievers:

Apart from your regular pain medicines, look for natural pain relievers like Curamin® which is a safe, effective, non-addictive herbal formula- different from over-the-counter pain meds as prescription drugs do sometimes have negative side effects. It’s a #1 Selling Brand and has been recognized throughout the natural product industry for pain relief with 28 awards and counting.  Curamin® is effective, non-addictive and the clinically studied ingredients in the formula is carefully selected for a safe pain relief. Hence, it’s my perfect choice to fight chronic pain or pain from fibromyalgia. The moment I feel the first symptom of pain, I start taking Curamin® and continue for 5 days or till the pain subside. It’s also one of the most important item in my bag and I always carry it everywhere.

3. Controlling Stress & Find Way’s to Relax:

Try to reduce your stress level or let go of things especially where you don’t have any control but extra stress. I know a lot of you would say ‘easier said than done’ but it actually can be achieved and is a big factor in getting these pains. Especially for me, my fibromyalgia has certain triggers and stress is the biggest one. Especially being a woman and taking care of my family, work, social obligations, voluntary work, etc and before I realize, the pains would start. Hence, I figured out ways to relax like listening to music, reading, walking and the best one – laughter therapy. If you can find a laughter club around you, it would be fabulous and you would see stress disappear just like that. Also, one thing that leads to a lot of stress is our habit of saying ‘Yes’ to move than what we can handle, so it’s a good day to start saying ‘No’ when you know you can’t handle that one more thing.

4. Bath Salts & Essential Oil:

They are also very effective in relieving most body aches/pain and even fibromyalgia pain. I started using them after I was done with my chiropractor sessions and these really helped. I try it once in a week or 2 weeks and it leaves me absolutely refreshed and with less pain. It’s been proven that a lot of our aches are due to overuse of muscles/nerves and hot water therapy with aroma oils/salts relax them. So pick your favorite bath salts/oil from stores or make one at home (whatever is convenient) and try this atleast once to see the difference. I personally love Eucalyptus, Lavender, Lemon and Tree Tea Oil. Sometimes I even massage a few drop of oil on my shoulder or knees for instant pain relief.

5. Meditation / Yoga / Light Exercise

I cannot stress enough on this point as living with chronic pain/fatigue doesn’t mean that we actually stop everything and just be in the bed (unless advised by a doctor). On the contrary, we should be active and do some light exercises daily to help move those muscles. Try meditating / basic breathing exercise to some light yoga for that complete mind, body and soul relaxation. also, you need to remember one thing and that is not to lift any weights if you’re going through chronic pains.

6. Eat Your Fruits & Vegetables (Eat the Rainbow)

I know our moms can’t stress enough on this particular tip and it truly does wonders. These colorful fruits+veggies are rich in antioxidants that help our body fight free radicals which result in many serious/chronic illness. So each colorful veggies+fruits is filled with different types of antioxidants that provide our body with different nutrients/vitamins for proper functioning.   Hence, try to include as many different colors of veggies in your diet to get full benefits.

7. Good Night Sleep / Ritual & No Gadget Zone

This is the last tip but a very important one cause a good night sleep can do wonders for you or your pain. The better you sleep, the happier and relaxed you feel which helps keeps those stress triggers at bay. I actually have a nightly ritual which I follow without mistake and that is I close all gadgets (tv, phone, laptop, iPad, etc) atleast 30-40 minutes before I sleep. This activity helps relax the brain and also take away my mind from all that multi-tasking that’s happening with the gadgets on. So, trying to send signals to our brains that we are ready to relax and sleep eventually. I also drink a cup of chamomile or lavender tea to help sleep better and do some basic stretches to loosen up the tensed muscles (especially shoulders and knees after a days work). If you want, you can include the ‘salt/essential oil soak-up’ before your sleep to help you relax further.

So these are my ‘7 Easy Chronic Pain Relief Tips for An Active Life’ and I would like to conclude by saying that even in pain or extra fatigue, try to stay calm and just breath. If you follow these simple tips along with your proper medications, the pain will eventually subside – So just stay positive and strive towards finding that perfect pain relief tip for yourself. Look for natural pain relievers like Curamin® that doesn’t just mask the occasional pain but it gets to the source and stops it. It’s an award-winning pain relief product that has provided life-changing benefits for hundreds of thousands of people around the world. I bought mine from WholeFoods (pic below) and infact it’s so popular that you didn’t have to struggle to find it. It was nicely displayed in the front of the aisle.
