New Year’s is just around the corner and my “3 Minutes Pineapple Ginger Champagne Cocktail” is a PERFECT drink to perk up your taste bud and get the party started !!! Every year, we come up with a NEW Cocktail recipe for our New Year’s bash and this year we wanted to start with some Festive Golden drink.
Just like any of your New Year’s party, ours also focus a lot on food especially snacks and drinks. I like to prep bite-size or finger-food a day in advance and Mr. does most of the drinks planning except cocktails. Cause cocktails are my JAM !!! We did some amazing cocktails all throughout this year and everyone voted for this 3 Minutes Pineapple Ginger Champagne Cocktail as a MUST!
Also, here’s a fun fact, did you know Pineapples are considered to be one of the “Lucky New Year Fruit”, so hey I’m ALL for Including them in our New Year’s Eve PAR-TAY !! Also, the lush golden color this drink has goes perfectly with any our your theme.
Now, getting back to our drink, it’s a perfect mix of sweet-spice. The combination of Pineapple+Ginger is superb. It hits your taste bud with such a sweet-spicy aroma that you just can’t stop at one drink…also who stops at one cocktail on a new year’s eve 😉 The Pineapple Ginger Champagne Cocktail can be easily multiplied and can be made using various combination for a healthy twist too.
