1 Cup Almond Butter 1/2 Cup Chickpea Flour 1/4 Cup + 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup (check notes for options)

How to Make 3 Ingredients Fudge:
You need to first dry roast the chickpea for 6-7 minutes on low-medium flames. (this step helps bring out the smokey-nuttier flavor of chickpea and removes the rawness). Then Heat the almond butter in a microwavable bowl until melted (3-4 minutes). Remove from the microwave and add the roasted chickpea flour and maple syrup. Whisk everything into a smooth, lump-free batter. Pour in the lined baking dish or any square or rectangle container (can use pyrex containers too). Refrigerate for 40 minutes and then slice into bite-size squares. Enjoy and keep refrigerated for longer shelf life.
