I am so excited to share this recipe that I have learned from my mum. At home, we call it kobbari pachadi. Kobbari, in the Telugu language, means coconut, and pachadi is chutney. This chutney evokes fond childhood memories of family lunches and get-togethers with friends where favorites such as this sauteed bottle gourd, bitter melon curry, and a one-pot vegetable stew made with a medley of seasonal vegetables.
